PAYMENT POLICY

1.   We recomend you top pay your reservation as son as posible to guarantee your services.
2.   Payment is made via bank deposit. We will send you an e-mail to with our bank account information in Guatemala.
3.   If you cancel your reservation, we will charge 20% as cancellation fee.
4.   Upon receiving your payment, we will send you an electronic voucher with the description of the services that you paid for. Please print this voucher and take it with you, we will ask for it upon arrival.
5.   If you have to change your traveling dates, let us know as son as posible, this way our company can change the dates your services will be provided.
6.   In case you cancel your reservation, the school should be noticed 15 days prior to your visit in order to give you a 100% refund minus the charge on point 3.
7.   Every cancellation made less than 15 days prior to your visit, has a 50% cancellation fee.
8.   Every cancellation made less than 5 days prior to your visit, has a 75% cancellation fee.
9.   Every cancellation made less than 3 days prior to your visit has no refund.
